Great new cards added to Labyrinth's singles stock; a spooky trick-or-treat Magic event; and more!

It’s just another Magic Monday!

It’s officially spooky season and we’ve got a special Halloween event coming up. Plus, we’ve been buying some pretty sweet cards recently, which we’ll talk about in a bit. Let’s get to it.

First, we have some exciting events coming up. This Friday we’ll be hosting a Wilds of Eldraine draft as well as pauper. And in just a few short weeks, it’ll be time for the Prerelease of Lost Caverns of Ixalan. But next week, on the 27th, there will be a special Trick or Treat draft. Players will pull three packs from among Crimson Vow, Wilds of Eldraine, and March of the Machine to build their decks. We’ve recently begun purchasing several large collections of Magic cards. And we’re adding them to our inventory as fast as we can. You should keep an eye on our webstore to see all the goodies we’ve found and pick up some new cards. For instance, we recently acquired a Textured Foil copy of Jeweled Lotus (shown above). We’ve talked about Jeweled Lotus in this space before, so we won’t rehash its strengths in Commander. But this card is a Textured Foil, arguably the rarest version of Jeweled Lotus. And Textured Foils are both gorgeous and apparently unlikely to curl over time. That makes them especially sought after.
