As a part of our annual Halloween Celebration, we will be hosting spooky Role Playing Games, including Brindlewood Bay! This RPG session is for ages 18+.

From the designer: "Brindlewood Bay is a tabletop roleplaying game that combines Murder, She Wrote with H.P. Lovecraft. In it, you play a group of elderly women, members of the local Murder Mavens Mystery Book Club, who help the authorities solve murder cases in a picturesque New England Town. Over the course of their investigations, they become aware of a dark occult conspiracy that connects the cases, and will eventually have to face that conspiracy in order to save their community."

Due to content material in the session, we are restricting registration to 18+.

Content Warning: On the surface, this game is about little old ladies solving murder mysteries - and it is definitely that! But it is alos more that that: the game (and this text) becomes very dark as you progess through it. Cosmic horror, graphic violence, ritual sacrifice, and other unsavory things come up quite frequently. Additionally, this book occasionally touches on sensitive subject matter such as sexism, sexual desire, the violence of America's gun culture, and consumer culture, and other topics. You may decide that this is not for you, and that's ok!
