Can you get your 12 cards (placed in a grid in front of you) to have the lowest total value?

On your turn you can take the top card from the discard or draw pile and exchange one card (hidden or open) from your grid. A round ends when one player has only open cards (face up) in their grid.

The game ends after one player has 100 or more points! The player with the lowest total points after all rounds wins!
